Logan Thompson definitely made some Golden Knights fans out of the students at Decker Elementary School on Tuesday.
To help celebrate reading week, the Vegas Golden Knights goalie visited the Clark County school and read aloud a children's book for a group of third graders. The book? None other than the official children's book of the Golden Knights: "Vegas Born - A Vegas Golden Knights Story."
The kids seemed to enjoy the book, cheering "Go Knights Go!" as Thompson continued the reading, as well as afterwards when he went outside to visit the students. The team mascot, Chance, as well as a few cheerleaders, helped out with the chants.
