Kings, Maple Leafs support Dodgers, Blue Jays

With most of Canada rooting for the Toronto Blue Jays, the Los Angeles Kings are making sure their fellow Angelenos, the Los Angeles Dodgers, are feeling the love.

The Kings sported Dodgers hats during player walk-ins before their game against the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena on Saturday.

Photos of Kings captain Anze Kopitar, forward Adrian Kempe and defenseman Mikey Anderson rocking the Dodger blue caps were posted to social media.

The Dodgers and Blue Jays are playing Game 2 of the World Series at Rogers Centre in Toronto on Saturday night. The Blue Jays won Game 1 of the Fall Classic 11-4 on Friday.

Earlier in the day, the Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs supported the Blue Jays with players rocking jerseys as they arrived at Scotiabank Arena for their matchup. The League moved up the start time of the hockey game to accommodate Game 2 of the World Series.

The Blue Jays Triple-A affiliate, the Buffalo Bisons, are located a short walk away from the Sabres' home arena, KeyBank Center.

The Maple Leafs are airing Game 2 of the World Series on the arena video board following their game.
