The Stanley Cup Final is set. Either the Pittsburgh Penguins will become the first repeat champion since the Detroit Red Wings in 1998, or the Nashville Predators will win the Cup for the first time since debuting in the 1998-99 season. Game 1 is in Pittsburgh on Monday (8 p.m. ET; NBC, CBC, SN, TVA Sports).
Pittsburgh outlasted the Ottawa Senators 3-2 in double-overtime in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final on Thursday, three days after the Predators completed a victory in the Western Conference Final with a 6-3 defat of the Anaheim Ducks in Game 6.
