getz zegras

You just knew the Anaheim Ducks junior reporter for the day was going to be tough when you saw that last name.

Ryder Getzlaf, the son of retired Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf, was ready with the tough questions for the players. And, if they weren't ready with satisfactory answers, littel Getzlaf immediately roasted them.

A quick sample of the kid's greatest barbs:
To forward Max Comtois, who said he would be a lawyer if not a hockey player: "Don't you have to be smart to do that?"
To forward Trevor Zegras, on who needs the most dating advice: "Everyone said you and Jamie Drysdale."
Also to Zegras, while on the ice: "You are so boring to watch."
Forward Troy Terry pointed out that the apple didn't fall far from the tree.
"I don't think anyone made fun of me more than your dad," Terry said. "And for some reason you just carried the torch."
As he ended each segement, Ryder Getzlaf gave out a firm handshake to every player. Except, of course, Zegras. He got hit with the "psyche" as he pulled his hand away.
