The Pacific Division will play the Central Division in the first semifinal of the 2023 Honda NHL All-Star Game at FLA LIVE Arena in Sunrise, Florida on Feb. 4. The winner will play the winner of the second semifinal between the Metropolitan Division and the Atlantic Division in the All-Star Game final. The winning team splits a prize of $1 million. The Pacific Division is led by forwards Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl of the Edmonton Oilers and defenseman Erik Karlsson of the San Jose Sharks. The Central Division is led by three players from the defending Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche: forwards Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen and defenseman Cale Makar.
