Andrew Copp signs two-year contract with Jets

Forward Andrew Copp has signed a two-year, $2 million contract (average annual value of $1 million) to remain with the Winnipeg Jets, it was announced Thursday.
Copp, 23, a restricted free agent, had 17 points (nine goals, eight assists) in 64 games last season. A fourth-round pick (No. 104) in the 2013 NHL Draft, Copp has 31 points (16 goals, 15 assists) in 142 NHL games.

Lias Andersson agrees to contract with Rangers

Forward Lias Andersson agreed to a three-year, entry-level contract with the New York Rangers on Thursday.
Andersson, 18, was selected with the No. 7 pick in the 2017 NHL Draft and had 19 points (nine goals, 10 assists) in 42 games with HV71 of the Swedish Hockey League. He had five points (four goals, one assist) in 16 playoff games to help HV71 win the Le Mat Trophy as Swedish Hockey League Champions.
