K'Andre Miller will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety.

The New York Rangers defenseman is facing discipline after receiving a match penalty for spitting on defenseman Drew Doughty of the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday.
The incident occurred at 16:37 of the first period of the Rangers' 5-2 win at Madison Square Garden in New York. Miller received a match penalty and was ejected following a video review.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: Unsportsmanlike conduct. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
