The Ducks are 11 points behind the Minnesota Wild for the second wild card into the Stanley Cup Playoffs from the Western Conference. Anaheim and Los Angeles haven't missed the playoffs in the same season since 2003-04.
The Kings are 1-9-4 since Feb. 9 after a 4-2 loss at the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday. They trail the Wild by 18 points.

Players to watch

Kings defenseman Drew Doughty had two assists against the Coyotes to give him five in his past five games.
Ducks forward Troy Terry has six points (one goal, five assists) in his past two games to become the first Anaheim rookie in history with back-to-back three-point games.
