Flames

Familiar faces surrounded the Calgary Flames as they started their playoff push during Game 1 of the Western Conference First Round at Scotiabank Saddledome on Tuesday.

Players' families showed out to support the team. Forward Blake Coleman's kids were dressed in custom No. 20 jerseys with "Daddy" on the nameplate and gave him a fist bump through the glass before go-time.

Defenseman Nikita Zadorov's young daughter also sported her dad's sweater and brought a sign to the arena to cheer him on.

Before puck drop, the Flames posted a video to Twitter of the Flames significant others and kids wishing their dads luck or, if they're too young to talk, waving their arms and legs in celebration.

"Good luck in the playoffs, daddy," forward Calle Jarnkrok's daughter said in a custom pink No. 91 sweatshirt. "I love you and go daddy Flames."
For the Flames, hockey is a family affair.
