Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price had to leave his stick wedged in the Barclays Center boards on his way back to the crease in the first period against the New York Islanders on Thursday.
About five minutes into the game, Price went to play a puck behind his net and got his stick lodged in the zamboni doors.
Islanders forward Jason Chimera, sensing opportunity, raced down the ice to try and get a shot on goal.
Price calmly retreated to the crease and smothered the puck between his pads, no stick required.
