Capitals sport Will Ferrell shirts for team building

The Washington Capitals took routine team-building to a new level with some awesome custom t-shirts.

With a few days between games, the Capitals hung around New York City after beating the New York Islanders 4-2 on Tuesday (their fifth-straight win) and some members of the team visited the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday before everyone gathered at an Irish pub for a darts tournament.

For the tournament, they all wore shirts with the Capitals logo and Will Ferrell from a scene in the movie "Old School" in which he accidentally shoots himself in the neck with a tranquilizer gun.
Thankfully, the Capitals made it through their darts tournament without anyone taking one in the jugular.

Goaltender Braden Holtby and team massage therapist Robert Brown won the tournament.
