The Montreal Canadiens had their highest-scoring game in 26 years in a 10-1 win against the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday. Montreal has outscored its opponents 15-3 in two games since returning from a 2-2-1 road trip. Centers Alex Galchenyuk and David Desharnais each injured his knee during the trip and will beout 6-8 weeks. Canadiens coach Michel Therrien will use the same lineup for a third straight game against Boston. "I really like what I see from every line, honestly," Therrien said after the morning skate in Brossard, Quebec. Montreal captain Max Pacioretty (four goals, one assist) and center Tomas Plekanec (four assists) each tied a game high for points in their second game on the top line with right wing Alexander Radulov on Saturday. Right wing Andrew Shaw has four assists and left wing Artturi Lehkonen has scored in consecutive games since forming a line with Phillip Danault, who moved from left wing to center. "I think he's always played center growing up, I know he's very comfortable there," Shaw said of Danault, who has a goal and two assists in the past two games. "He's always open. We call him 7-11 because he's never closed, he's always available. He's always putting himself in good position and I think it's huge. The support he has, it creates our flow game, you know, our rush game, and we get chances that way as well. And plus, he and [Lehkonen] are both great along the wall. They're not scared to go to the corner and get the puck, they do a lot of the dirty work as well, and I think the three of us together complement each other pretty well."
