BRUINS (4-3-2) at BLUE JACKETS (7-4-0)

7 p.m. ET; SN, FS-O, NESN, NHL.TV

The Game

The Boston Bruins will try to extend their point streak to five games when they play the Columbus Blue Jackets at Nationwide Arena on Monday.

The Bruins are 2-0-2 in their past four games after starting the season 2-3-0.

The Blue Jackets could be without forward Cam Atkinson, who is second on the team with four goals in 11 games. He sat out the final 12:36 of the third period of a 4-1 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Sunday because of an undisclosed injury.

Players to watch

Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask will make his second straight start after missing three games because of a concussion. He had 28 saves in a 2-1 overtime loss to the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday.

Forward Matt Calvert is a big reason the Blue Jackets have 15 straight penalty kills in their past six games overall and are 16-for-16 in six home games this season. He leads Blue Jackets forwards in average shorthanded time on ice per game at 1:48 and is second on the team in shorthanded shots on goal with three, one behind Nick Foligno's four.

They said it

"We like what Sean brings. He's just going through some growing pains as a young player goes through. He has to play himself out of them." -- Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy on forward Sean Kuraly, who's from the Columbus suburb of Dublin, Ohio

"We've got to find a way to get prepared, and everybody gets prepared in different ways. … But we've got to find a way to come to work on time." -- Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky on the team's slow starts
