The 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ - Refund Policy

The 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ (the "Event") is scheduled to be held on October 26, 2019 in Mosaic Stadium at Evraz Place in Regina, Saskatchewan (the "Stadium"). The time and/or date of the Event may be rescheduled for any reason. If rescheduled, the Event will be held at the Stadium on October 26, 2019, at an alternate time from the originally scheduled time, or on October 27, 2019, at a time to be determined. Event tickets issued for October 26, 2019 will be honored if the Event is rescheduled for October 27, 2019. Please note refunds will not be issued if the Event is delayed, postponed or otherwise rescheduled at the same venue.

The Event may be cancelled at the discretion of the National Hockey League (the "NHL") for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather. All Event ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are permitted, save and except as expressly provided below.
If the Event is cancelled, a purchaser having purchased a ticket from an Authorized Ticket Outlet (defined below) (each, a "Primary Ticket Purchaser") will be entitled to a ticket refund from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet as its sole and exclusive remedy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
