The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that the hockey club has signed forward Easton Cowan to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Cowan, 18, was selected by the Maple Leafs in the first round (28th overall) of the 2023 NHL Draft after recording 53 points (20 goals, 33 assists) in 68 regular season games and 21 points (nine goals, 12 assists) in 20 playoff contests with the Ontario Hockey League's London Knights last season. The Mount Brydges, Ontario native was named to the OHL's 2022-23 Second All-Rookie Team.
