The LA Kings and the Kings Care Foundation, in anticipation of the upcoming 2019-20 NHL season, announced details of three special annual events: The LA Kings 5K/10K, LA Kings Taste of the South Bay and the LA Kings Golf Tournament.
Tickets or registration for all three events, all located in the South Bay, are currently on sale.

On Saturday, September 7, the Kings Care Foundation will host the LA Kings 5K/10K in Redondo Beach, which kicks off from Riviera Village.

The charitable race benefits Hydrocephalus Association and will once again be held in conjunction with their LA Walk. Kings players and recent alumni will be present along with Daryl Evans, Kings Alumni and Radio Analyst, who serves as the event's host.
Entry fees include a ticket to a 2019-20 regular season home game, plus a race t-shirt and participant medal. The event is proudly sponsored by Blue Shield of California, McDonalds, OUE Skyspace, adidas and Welk Resorts.

The Kings will celebrate the upcoming season with the 11th annual Taste of the South Bay on Sunday, September 8 at the westdrift Manhattan Beach. A new take on the upscale, food-centric social event will feature bites from some of the South Bay's most noted restaurants, and a chance to mingle with Kings players and alumni.
To date, Taste of the South Bay - a kid-friendly event - has raised more than $450,000, and proceeds of this year's event will be used to equip classrooms in the South Bay with emergency safety kits. The event is proudly sponsored by The DOMO Group.

The Kings annual Golf Tournament will head to the beach cities for the 20th edition of the highly anticipated annual event. Set for September 30 at Palos Verdes Golf Club, the LA Kings charity event will be attended by all LA Kings players, notable alumni, local and national brands, and more.
Attendees will receive premium giveaways including adidas merchandise, enjoy delicious food and drink all day long and get the opportunity to mix and mingle with fellow golfers. The event is proudly sponsored by Coyote Promotions, Executive Transportation Services and United Rentals.

The Kings Care Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing health, educational and recreational opportunities for youth throughout Greater Los Angeles.
Since its inception in 1996 the Kings Care Foundation has donated more than $13 million in monetary and in-kind support to the local community.
