To commemorate the storied career and retirement of Dustin Brown, the LA Kings & Crypto.com will proudly launch a FREE limited-edition digital collectible that captures an iconic moment in time from Brown's career. This will only be available to ticketholders of the Dustin Brown
Retirement Night on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Ticketholders will receive redemption information via email on February 12, 2023. The collectible was designed by Project MIDAS, a Web3 advisory firm helping responsible teams and brands enter the space.
Fans are also encouraged to visit and interact with a nearby 3D billboard featuring Brown hoisting the Stanley Cup on a sprawling LED video façade which is the length of a football field. As announced at the start of the week, the billboard can be seen at the corner of S. Figueroa St. & W. Pico Blvd. and features a QR code that leads fans to a special AR (augmented reality) experience with Brown. The unique activation was captured and created by YOOM's AI technology and runs through the end of the week (www.YOOM.com).
A new limited edition merchandise product line for Brown's Retirement Night is available online now and will be sold on Saturday at the Team LA store at Crypto.com Arena. The collection includes a variety of Brown-inspired apparel and novelty items including 'New Era' Arena Exclusive hats as well as 'Ruffneck' Arena Exclusive scarfs.
The Kings on Saturday will wear special warm-up jerseys in honor of Dustin Brown. The jerseys will be available for auction later that night with all proceeds benefitting the Kings Care Foundation. For more information visit

HONORING A CHAMPION: Visit LAKings.com/Brown23 for additional information on the special evening.
DUSTIN BROWN:
Dustin Brown is the franchise's all-time games played leader and the first player in team history to lift the Stanley Cup.
He will be just the third individual player recognition and fourth Kings statue at the arena with Brown joining Wayne Gretzky and Luc Robitaille, along with broadcaster Bob Miller (who has a banner as well) to celebrate the heroes who grace our sport and represent our city as pillars in our community.
Brown will be only the seventh Kings player to receive the tremendous honor of having his number (23) retired. He will join Rogie Vachon (30), Marcel Dionne (16), Dave Taylor (18), Gretzky (99), Robitaille (20), and Rob Blake (4) in the company of those that define what it means to be part of the identity of the LA Kings.
THE STATUE:
The statue was created by renowned sculptors/artists Julie Rotblatt Amrany and Omri Amrany and will join other iconic sculptures of celebrated Los Angeles sports superstars in Gretzky, Robitaille, Miller, Earvin "Magic" Johnson, Jerry West, Chick Hearn, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Shaquille O'Neal, Elgin Baylor, and Oscar De La Hoya in Crypto.com Arena's Star Plaza along Chick Hearn Ct.
