The Week That Was

Ending the week was, was a 3-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday. With a little puck luck, the Kings got a goal off of Adrian Kempe's skate and another goal of a Jets skate. Kempe's goal added onto his already career-high in goals, giving him 29 on the season.
Rounding out the week that was is the All The Kings Men King of the Week. This week ATKM awards Cal Petersen who was in net for both Kings wins, stopping a combined 51 of 55 shots faced and all three shots in the shootout versus the Flames. Petersen also picked up his 20th win of the season on Saturday versus the Jets. It is the first time that Petersen has hit the 20-win mark in his four-year NHL career.
