WINNIPEG, Sept. 25, 2019 - Tickets are now on sale for the eighth annual Winnipeg Jets Skills Competition presented by Manitoba Hydro. The Skills Competition will take place on Monday, Nov. 25, 2019 at 7 p.m. CT at Bell MTS Place with doors opening at 6 p.m. CT.

The annual Winnipeg Jets Skills Competition gives fans a unique opportunity to interact with their favourite Jets players as the team splits into two squads to compete in five different events, including hardest shot, fastest skater and accuracy shooting. The event features a more intimate atmosphere as the glass along the sides of the rink is removed for the event. Fans will be entertained as players show off both their hockey skills, and their personality through on-ice interviews and friendly competition.

Fans will want to arrive early as the first 7,500 people in attendance will receive a Jets drawstring backpack. The Jets will also continue their tradition of welcoming the next generation of hockey talent to the ice for the Skills Competition, as two Midget AAA goaltenders from Winnipeg will participate in the event.

Proceeds from the Winnipeg Jets Skills Competition will benefit the True North Youth Foundation and the NHLPA Goals and Dreams Fund.

Tickets are $10, $15 and $20, plus applicable fees. All seats are reserved. Tickets are available through WinnipegJets.com/SKILLS.
