The Jets have won four consecutive games against the Sharks at SAP Center.
Winnipeg hasn't lost their first two games to start a season since 2017-18 when the Jets went 52-20-10 and reached the Western Conference Final.
Mark Scheifele returns to the line-up on Saturday after missing the past four games due to a suspension going back to last season's playoffs.

The Jets play five of their first eight games in the Pacific Time Zone, four of which start at 9 pm CT or later.
Nikolaj Ehlers led the Jets with eight shots on Wednesday, which is two less than his career high and tied for second most of any NHL player to start the season.
Winnipeg plays six of its first eight games away from home before starting November with a seven-game home stand.
