Highlighted by a four-assist night, David Quenneville potted six assists in three games last week for the Medicine Hat Tigers.
Quenneville's six-assist week extended his point streak to five games, with nine helpers over that span. The Islanders' 2016 seventh-round pick dished a game-high four assists in Friday's 6-4 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings, and had a single dish in losses to Regina on Tuesday and Red Deer on Saturday.
Quenneville's four-assist night was a career high, while his four points tied a season and career high (he had a goal and three assists on Oct. 13).
The defenseman continues to add to his career year, which is now up to 79 points (26G, 53A) in 67 games. Quenneville leads all WHL defensemen in scoring and is tied with forward Mark Rassell as Medicine Hat's scoring leader.
