Bode Wilde is making an impact in his first season in the Ontario Hockey League while Anatoly Golyshev is named the KHL's Best Forward in September. Read more, plus get all the latest stats in this week's Islanders Prospect Report.

The Islanders 2018 second-round pick (41st overall) is tied for the OHL lead in points by defensemen and is tied for third in team scoring for Saginaw. This is Wilde's first season in the Ontario League as he initially committed to playing college hockey before signing in the Canadian junior league.
Last week, Wilde recorded back-to-back multi-point games (1G, 1A in each) against the Flint Firebirds and the Kitchener Rangers. In the process, Wilde extended his point streak to four games, though that streak was halted against Erie on Saturday.
Saginaw won all three of their games last week and are 4-2-1 to start the season, leading the OHL's West Division.

GOLYSHEV NAMED KHL FORWARD OF THE MONTH:

Anatoly Golyshev's terrific month did not go unnoticed by the KHL, as the Islanders prospect was named Best Forward in September.
Golyshev, the Islanders 2016 fourth-round pick, recorded 11 points (8G, 3A) in 12 games in September, helping Avtomobilist go undefeated. Golyshev scored four game-winning goals in the opening month of the season.
Golyshev continues to score into October, netting one goal in two games last week.
