Yes, you can transfer and/or resell your tickets if needed. However, to safely follow all social distancing guidelines, we require the entire "pod" being re-sold to one buyer. For example, if you have four tickets to a game, you must sell all four of those tickets to one buyer; you cannot sell a portion of the ticket pod. If you choose to sell a portion of your ticket pod on the secondary market, all of your tickets may be canceled without refund, and you may lose the right to purchase future tickets.

To learn more about premium ticket opportunities, email our premium sales department to speak to a representative about availability, or you can complete this form to request more information.

Due to current protocols and restrictions, traditional group tickets will not be sold. However, if you would like to inquire about ordering a group made up of several pods or suites, please email our group sales department to speak to a representative about availability, or you can complete this form to request more information.

Game Experience Questions

For the 2020-21 regular season, the parking fee is built into the ticket cost so you will not need to separately pay for parking when you arrive at PNC Arena. Additionally, you will not need to show a parking pass in order to park. Parking attendants will be directing traffic and assisting if needed. We encourage you to park and enter the building as close to your seats as possible.

PNC Arena is currently serving a limited menu of food and beverage. In order to reduce foot traffic throughout the building, the same food & beverage offerings will be available at 10 main locations (sections 103, 109, 112, 114, 118, 123, 204, 220, 310 and 329), plus additional offerings at the C Stores at section 126 and 314.
