Day two of the Vegas Golden Knights' return to work got going Tuesday morning as the entire roster took to the ice at City National Arena. Join us for our daily dissection of camp on today's Training Camp Diaries presented by Station Casinos.
Minor tweaks were made to line combinations Tuesday as the coaching staff continues to evaluate the high level of talent that has converged on downtown Summerlin to prepare for the 2020-21 campaign. FROM THE BULLETIN
On Tuesday's edition of the Training Camp Bulletin presented by NextGen, VGK television play-by-play broadcaster Dave Goucher and television color analyst Shane Hnidy touched on the on-ice work, some expectations for the season and checked in with fans watching the stream. When the group broke up into teams for its daily scrimmage, Goucher was joined by recently retired VGK defenseman Deryk Engelland to talk about what he's seen during camp and how retirement is treating him. As always, you can catch the show on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Twitch when the Golden Knights are practicing. Wednesday's show will kick off around 10:15 a.m. with radio broadcaster Dan D'Uva and studio analyst Mike McKenna.

TWITTER TIME
We have a fun topic to discuss today from followers on Twitter. We're going through some VGK favorites today as fans dust off their player sweaters ahead of the first game on Jan. 14.
Tweet from @Alexis28728274: Reilly Smith- He has a special ability that allows him to see the ice in ways most people cant. Smith never fails to make smart plays and his knowledge especially benefits the Golden Knights on a penalty kill. Hes extremely insightful and fulfills a crucial leadership role.
Great points from Alexis here, thanks for submitting back-to-back days! Hockey sense is something that can't be taught. You have it or you don't. Reilly Smith does and it's awesome to see fans recognize his innate ability to see the ice.

I'm with Erik here - Shea Theodore is a treat to watch on a nightly basis. Theodore has quite the story. What excites me the most is the growth that he's shown in the last three seasons is something we're going to see with even more players for the VGK as they come up. Take a look at any defensive prospect for the Golden Knights. Zach Whitecloud and Nic Hague are banging on the door while someone like Lukas Cormier is taking those first steps. They'll want to follow the Theodore model.

They don't make them like Marc-Andre Fleury. Kim is spot on here - we know the player to be a future Hall-of-Famer. It's the person that makes Fleury one of the best men in the league.
Tweet from @KnighterKrazy: Mark Stone: He is such a kind hearted person off the ice and very skillful player on the ice. His expressions that he uses when ever something happens on the ice makes people emotional in a good way. He is such a honest, loving, and handsome guy. Lastly, he is such a beauty.
If James Duthie from TSN makes a 2.0 version of his book, Beauties, there ought to be a whole chapter about Mark Stone. It's huge that Vegas has him signed for eight years. He could be a pillar for the organization for a long time.
HAIRY SITUATION

The discussion has been created and the fans have made their opinions known. The best hair in Vegas has long been assumed to be that of William Karlsson. This year, Stone and Cody Glass are giving him a run for his money. The best hair on the team is certainly a debate that go down multiple avenues. All in all, the more competition there is in this department, the more fun it is for the fans!
