The Vegas Golden Knights (48-22-8) were taken down by the Nashville Predators (39-30-8), 3-2, on Tuesday night at Bridgestone Arena.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
In the opening period, Tommy Novak scored two goals for the Predators, giving them a 2-0 lead. Alex Pietrangelo then tied the game 2-2 in the second, scoring two goals seven minutes apart. Cody Glass scored the overtime winner to secure the 3-2 victory for Nashville.
