VEGAS (August 7, 2017) - The Vegas Golden Knights are now accepting applications for individuals and groups interested in singing the national anthem at home games for the team's 2017-18 inaugural season.

Applications are available
here
and are open until August 28. Candidates are required to provide a link to a previous singing performance.
"The presentation of the national anthem is a key part of the pre-game tradition," said Golden Knights Vice President of Entertainment and Production Jonny Greco. "We want to showcase all the talent we have here in Vegas, so we will have multiple singers performing throughout the season and serving an integral role in Golden Knights game entertainment."
Ideal candidates will have singing experience, with special consideration given to those who have performed the U.S. and Canadian anthems in the past.
Select candidates will be invited to attend a live audition at T-Mobile Arena the week of September 4. From there, select performers will be placed into a pool of candidates to sing the national anthem throughout the season. Applicants do not need to be available for every Golden Knights home game, and will be scheduled in advance.
