The Nashville Predators have partnered with the Entrepreneur Latina Leaders of America (ELLA) Program, to spotlight local, Latina-owned businesses on the Bridgestone Arena main concourse during Women's History Night on March 6, 2025.

To kickstart support of these businesses, the Nashville Predators supported each vendor through a donation. Preds fans are encouraged to continue supportive efforts by visiting each vendor's platform below and at the game on March 6 (NSH vs. SEA).

 

 

Entrepreneur Latina Leaders of America (ELLA) Program

Admin: Jessie Garcia Knowles (Director) & Rosa Rodriguez (Social Media Manager)

Program Overview: The ELLA program (Entrepreneurship Latina Leaders of America) was designed to help female entrepreneurs advance in business or start a business. With the mentorship of industry experts and leaders, the program guides participants step-by-step to achieve a specific goal set by each participant. ELLA participants meet monthly with guest speakers provided by volunteers from area partners and industry experts. Mentors are provided to participants for the eight month term. Participants who complete the mentorship sessions, attend monthlymeetings, and participate in community networking events are eligible to receive prizes during our annual celebration.
