The Devils rookie goaltender won his first NHL game in his first start

The Devils have re-assigned goaltender Nico Daws to Utica of the American Hockey League.
The 20-year-old rookie has appeared in two games for New Jersey, which includes his first-career NHL victory in his first NHL game Oct. 23 against Buffalo after stopping 24 of 25 shots.
Daws in 1-0 on the season in his only appearance with the Comets.
