Tonight, is the first of three matchups between the Devils and the Senators in the 2018-19 regular season. The clubs will play again Dec. 21 at Prudential Center and play their season-series finale Feb. 21 also at Prudential Center.

The Devils are 1-4-0 on the road thus far, 3-4-0 against Eastern Conference opponents and 2-2-0 vs. Atlantic Division in the 2018-19 season.
The Devils were 2-1-0 vs. Ottawa in the 2017-18 regular season. The Devils won their first two contests, both going beyond regulation time (Oct. 19 @OTT, 5-4 Wo & Oct. 27 @ NJD 5-4 Ws). Jesper Bratt (GDG) scored New Jersey's winning goals in overtime and in the shootout respectively.
Taylor Hall finished with six points (1G-5A) and Pavel Zacha recorded four assists against the Senators. Kyle Palmieri also had four points (2G-2A) and 11 penalty minutes in the series.
