BOSTON - The Boston Bruins, in partnership with the Bruins Future Goals Course, The Future Goals Hockey Scholar program, the NHL, the NHLPA, announced today, October 19, Bruins STEM Week, powered by EVERFI, will take place from October 19 - 23.

Massachusetts STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Week is a statewide effort to boost the interest, awareness and ability for all learners to envision themselves in STEM education and employment opportunities. The week is organized by the Executive Office of Education and the STEM Advisory Council in partnership with the state's nine Regional STEM Networks.
During the week of October 19 - 23, the Boston Bruins will host daily 30-minute live, virtual presentations on a variety of topics connecting STEM to the game of hockey. The week will include:
Teachers across Massachusetts had the opportunity to register their classrooms for Bruins STEM Week, powered by EVERFI, and over 1,000 students will be participating. Prior to each presentation, students will have a STEM exercise to complete.
