Engstrand buried his fourth goal of the season Thursday as Malmo collected a point in a 4-3 overtime loss to Rogle. The 21-year-old also played a season high 15:00 that night.
His three goals in the SHL this year are already a career high while Engstrand has already made eight appearances in the HockeyAllsvenskan with Troja/Ljunby where he had one assist and 27 penalty minutes.

Simply put, Greig was outrageous this week. He had two goals and two assists Tuesday, and also won 11 of 16 faceoffs and tallied seven penalty minutes, in an 8-2 with over Swift Current.
He followed that performance up with a hat-trick Friday in a 7-4 win over Medicine Hat where he also tallied two assists.
He was held off the scoreboard Saturday in a 2-1 loss to Prince Albert but Greig concluded his week with five goals and nine points in just three games.
His 1.53 points-per-game is the fourth best in the WHL while among skaters who have played at least 15 games, he is tied first in penalty minutes per game at 2.47.
Max Guenette (Belleville/AHL)Season totals: 9 GP / 2G / 2A / 2PIM / +3
It was a perfect week for Belleville who won all three games this week and Guenette chipped in with two points.
He had an assist Wednesday night in a 3-2 win in Syracuse and on Saturday night scored short-handed in a 7-3 victory over Laval where he also matched his career high with three shots on goal.
Guenette has points in three of his last four contests.
Vitkor Lodin (Timra/SHL)Season totals: 16 GP / 4G / 9A / 29 PIM / -3
Lodin scored his fourth goal of the season Thursday in a 4-1 loss to Farjestad before he had an assist Saturday as Timra beat Linkoping 4-2.
The 22-year-old has points in his last five games, coinciding with Timra winning four of its last five contests. His five-game point streak is a new career high in the SHL.
