The Nashville Predators Foundation was proud to partner with Nashville Youth for Christ for a recent visit to experience firsthand the incredible strides they’re making in the Middle Tennessee community. Nashville Youth for Christ received a 2026 Helper Grant in the amount of $2,800 to contribute towards integrating monthly craft activities and art with existing Share Success Suppers. We are able to help organizations like Youth for Christ continue their vital work because of the grants we distribute to support our community partners.
During our visit, we joined them at the Walnut Youth Academy Center for Success and Independence for an afternoon of tie-dying. This activity did so much more than just creating colorful socks - it fostered genuine connections between volunteers and students. Getting to hear the students’ stories and life experiences offered profound insight into the impactful work Youth for Christ does every week. They provide a safe, uplifting space for these youth to express themselves, experience the joy of mentorship, and immerse themselves in both fun and ministry. Seeing the students' faces light up during the activity was truly unforgettable, and is exactly why we are dedicated to supporting their mission.
