Originally from New Jersey, Dom grew up playing within the youth and high school systems in the area. He later spent three seasons playing junior hockey for the New Jersey Renegades of the Metropolitan Junior Hockey League before turning to coaching full time. He spent four years with the New Jersey Stars youth organization with a heavy involvement in their travel, youth league, and grassroots programs, as well as their skills clinics and summer camps/programs. Upon moving to Nashville, Dom joined the Ford Ice Center coaching staff before accepting the position as Youth Hockey Coordinator. He also coaches the Father Ryan High School Varsity squad.

Andy is the Youth Hockey for the Ford Ice Centers. He oversees all Grassroots Programs (G.O.A.L.!,PREDecessor, Try Hockey For Free, Little Preds Learn To Play and the Youth House League).Andy alsooversees the Preds Select A Travel Program, DEK Hockey and the JV Program. Andy is from Nashville and grew up playing hockey with the NYHL hockey league and also played for Father Ryan HighSchool and Vanderbilt University. Andy is USA Hockey Goaltending Silver Certified, currently is the USA Hockey GoaltendingDevelopment Coordinator and Tennessee Director for SAHA.

Nick is from Melbourne, Florida where he started playing hockey at the age of 7 all the way up through Juniors for the Space Coast Hurricanes. He is currently the Youth Hockey Coordinator at Ford Ice Center Antioch. Prior to joining the Preds, he was the Youth Hockey Director at Jacksonville Ice & Sportsplex, and has been coaching for the last 12 years. He is USA Hockey Level 4 Certified.

Bruce grew up playing hockey in Nova Scotia, Canada . After finishing college, He moved to Virginia to help grow youth hockey in the southeastern USA with ARC ice sports (Canlan). He coached a the 1998 Tidewater Sharks Peewee AA team in their inaugural season to the southeast district championship. Bruce helped to initiate some of the first female programs from Washington DC to the NC region during his time is Virginia. In 2000, he moved to Long Island, NY where he spend the next 18 years coaching with the Long Island Gulls Tier 1 AAA hockey club, coaching some of the top AAA players to come out of Long Island over the past 20 years. 4 appearances in the USA Hockey National championships as well as several NY state championships.

Jimmy grew up playing goalie in Dearborn, Michigan for AAA Little Caesar's & Junior B in Canada. He then went on to play at the University of Alabama Huntsville for a year of Division 1 Collegiate Hockey. Jimmy then jumped into the Central Hockey League as a starting goalie. He then played over 15 years of minor professional hockey with over 11 teams in the Central Hockey League, East Coast Hockey League and Southern Professional League. He later won Goalie of the Year in the SPHL with the Huntsville Havoc in the early 2000's. Jimmy has been coaching hockey for over 10 years and has two sons who also play hockey here in Nashville.

Dan grew up in Saint Louis and started playing goalie in roller hockey at 15 years old, then converted to playing on ice. He played goalie for the Saint Louis University High School hockey team. He then served as a student coach for the Boston College men's club hockey team from 2016-2020. Dan has also assisted with coaching lessons and camps with 3E Goaltending in Saint Louis. Dan moved to Nashville in 2021 and has been working as a goalie coach for the Preds Select teams since!

Head Coach: Bo Armstrong

Bo grew up playing competitive youth hockey in the South and has experienced firsthand the rich influence the game can have on both players and their families. He played Tier I AAA in Dallas, TX before leaving home at age 15 to take advantage of a scholarship opportunity at the Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT, where he played Class A/Division I prep school hockey. After Hotchkiss, he played NCAA hockey at Hamilton College before injury ended his career. Bo spent the 2018-19 season as a coach with the Nashville Jr. Predators Tier I program, as an Assistant to both the 16U and 18U AAA teams. Previously, he was involved with NPAHA at Ford Ice Center. Bo also instructed for six years at Hockey Opportunity Camp in northern Ontario, Canada, having led a staff of junior, university, and professional players in his final year. Off the ice, Bo spent two years with Teach for America as an elementary school teacher in the Mississippi Delta.

Head Coach: Greg Sauers

Greg grew up playing hockey in Florida before going on to play AAA hockey in Georgia for TPH Thunder. After finishing youth hockey, he moved on to play junior hockey in Texas (WSHL), New Hampshire (AJHL) and Wyoming (NA3HL). He played three years of NCAA DIII hockey at Aurora University (Aurora, IL). In his senior year he played ACHA DII for Aurora University where he was named Player of the Year for the central region and was slected to the All-American 1st selection team at Nationals. During his final two years of collegiate hockey, Greg also served as an assistant coach for the Marmion Cadets and won a High School Varsity State Championship. Greg also coached for four years with the Jr. Cyclones house program and assisted with all levels from Mites-Bantams.

Head Coach: Alex Walker

Alex has been playing hockey for 19 years. He grew up playing A for the Butler County Blackhawks and AA/AAA for the Cincinatti Cyclones Amateur Hockey Association in Cincinatti, followed by playing PREP hockey in Chicago for four years. Alex was also part of the Great Lakes Hockey team for the 2010 Hockey Night in Boston Tournament. He was a hockey coach/camp counselor at Miami University in Oxford, OH from 2005-2010.

Head Coach: Kyle Dora

From Lake Placid, New York. Kyle has 20 years of playing experience which span from ten years of travel hockey, four years of high school Varsity (captain for junior and senior seasons), and a season of prep school at National Sports Academy where he was an alternate captain. Most recently, Kyle has graduated with his bachelor's degree in Sports Business Management from State University of New York at Canton where he competed in four seasons of NCAA Division III hockey where he was also an alternate captain. Kyle's coaching experience comes from camp counselor for five summers with CAN-AM and CHE (Canadian Hockey Enterprise) hockey camps in Lake Placid, New York where he mentored and trained athletes between the ages of 8-18 years of age. Since graduating from college, Kyle moved to Nashville in May of 2017 and is involved with the Nashville Predators and the growth and development of hockey players in the Nashville area.

Head Coach: Mike Driscoll

Mike grew up in Milton, Massachusetts and played youth hockey all the way through college in the Boston area. He played four years of NCAA DIII Hockey at Babson College where he was an All-American. After his collegiate career, Mike spent two years playing minor professional hockey in the East Coast Hockey League, Southern Professional Hockey League, and Federal Hockey League. Mike has been coaching for three years in different roles including private skating, skills, and shooting lessons. Mike moved to Nashville in the Spring of 2018 to pursue a career in commercial real estate but wanted to stay involved in the hockey world.
