Rise & Grind offers extra ice time to adult hockey players on Bridgestone Arena ice. This program allows players and goalies to participate in early morning adult open hockey regardless of their skill level.
Each session is $15 a person and includes 60-minutes of ice time, parking and breakfast. Sessions are limited to 26 skaters and four goalies.
Men and women of all skill levels, ages 18 and over, are welcome. Participants must supply their own hockey equipment (helmet with optional mask, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, padded hockey pants, shin guards, hockey socks, skates and sticks) and a light and dark jersey.
