• Parking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are located on the north and south sides of the building. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to these areas without delay.

Buses enter through Gate 1 or 7 and park in lot D2.

Note: Parking fee for Buses and Large RVs taking up more than two spaces will be $150. Limousines and any vehicle taking up two spaces will be relegated to paying double the amount of the parking costs for that event.

Helicopter parking is limited to 2 aircraft per event with drop off and pick available for up 3 additional helicopters. To request a parking or drop off/pick up, please contact your Account Manager at least 3 business days in advance of the event. They will provide the necessary form and guide you through the approval process.

Suites will open about 60 minutes to gameday opening. You are free to enter our VIP Dex Imaging Entrance or any other open gate near your Suite.

Suites open when doors open for the event, typically about two hours prior. You may access the Suite at that time.

Amerant Bank Arena encourages all fans to arrive early and travel light. No purses, backpacks, backpack purses, cinch bags, or sling bags will be allowed inside Amerant Bank Arena. Small clutches sized 4"x6" and under will be allowed, as well as bags used for medical needs and diaper bags.

Yes, fans can transfer their tickets using SeatGeek.com, and can complete transfers in bulk, across different ticket groups within the same event and across multiple events. This makes splitting tickets easier, as it allows to split seats and parking passes across multiple games, all in a single transaction!

The Territory Member Discount is applicable only to concessions. However, should your pre-order for your Suite before the deadline, you can receive a discounted pricing compared to day-of pricing.

All Suite Members have the option to opt-in to their Suite for the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. Please note this would be a separate cost from the regular season. Suite Members can opt-in to purchase all home playoffs games at a discounted rate through a Suite Strip, where payment is charged as we advance. The deadline to opt-in will be provided by your Account Manager.

There is an ability to add SRO (Standing Room Only) tickets to your Suite. Please contact your representative for applicable pricing for event or game.
