What's New in 2017-18: Tickets, Game Nights & My One Buffalo Improvements

The Buffalo Sabres are proud to announce many new features and changes to enhance our fans' game-day experience, including new ticket package options and improvements to the My One Buffalo app.

WHAT'S NEW IN TICKETING

300 LEVEL V:There will be a new price level for 2017-18. Tickets in 300 Level V will start as low as $25 and are subject to tiered pricing.
SABRES FLEX PASS:Fans looking for even more flexibility in attending games can participate in Sabres Flex Pass, a brand new subscription ticket service for $89 per month, excluding the month of April. Tickets are subject to availability and can be requested 24 hours prior to the game.
A limited number of subscriptions are available. They will go on sale September 16. Check back soon for more details.
MINI-PACK PRICING: Mini-Packs have been streamlined this season and now, all games purchased in a Mini-Pack start at just $25 regardless of night and tier level. Mini-Packs go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.

FAMILY PACKS AND KID'S DAY GAMES:Also to help the younger generation of fans see live hockey, Family Packs ($199 for four tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas, and four popcorn) will be returning for 10 games as well as Kid's Games tickets (Up to four $15 kid tickets with the purchase of a full price 300 Level II ticket) for five games this season.
A full schedule of Family Pack and Kid's Day Games will be released in September prior to the Individual Game on-sale date.

FOR SEASON-TICKET HOLDERS

MY ONE BUFFALO BENEFITS:Season-Ticket Holders continue to receive great benefits, including 2.5 percent back in SabreBucks. Season Ticket Holders can link their ticket accounts in the My One Buffalo mobile app and automatically move into the Silver Membership level where they will receive other great benefits like Bills Store Discounts, exclusive content, and giveaways.
PRESALE OPPORTUNITIES: Season-ticket holders will also get first-crack at individual-game tickets with a Sneak Peek Week presale starting Sept. 11.

MORE MY ONE BUFFALO ENHANCEMENTS

OFFERS:Any fan who becomes a My One Buffalo member through the redesigned mobile app - which will be a standalone app this season available in the Apple Store and on Google Play - will also be eligible for great benefits and will also find several new features to improve the fan experience.
WAIT TIME MANAGEMENT:Use My One Buffalo to check on wait times for concessions stands and restrooms. Enter your section and see the shortest times so that you can hop into the quickest line and not miss the action on the ice.
PRESALE OPPORTUNITIES:My One Buffalo members, along with Sabres Insiders, and Bills Season Ticket Members will also be eligible for an exclusive regular-season ticket presale from Sept. 14-15.
FASTER CONCESSION ORDERING: The Sabres have partnered with Delaware North to provide in-app concession purchasing through My One Buffalo that will include four pick-up locations throughout the arena (3 on the 100 Level and 1 on the 300 Level).
FOR OUT-OF-TOWN FANS: An out-of-town feature has also been designed into My One Buffalo specifically for out-of-market fans to help them stay connected to their favorite team. Sabres Road Crew presented by Delta Air Lines will also be making stops in Dallas and New York City this year.

MORE ON THE GAME-NIGHT EXPERIENCE

But that's not all. Fans coming to games at KeyBank Center will find some new amenities throughout the arena.
PROMOTIONAL NIGHTS AND GIVEAWAYS: For all fans, eight giveaway nights will be held throughout the season. All promotional nights will be announced in September prior to the Individual Game on-sale date.
RETURN OF THE FAN FLAG:Sabres fans can get involved in the pregame show by passing the supersized Sabres fan flag through the seating area before the team takes the ice.
THE SABRES ORGAN:This great hockey tradition will be back in a big way this upcoming season. The organist will be more of a focal point during stoppages at Sabres home games.
ONE BUFFALO STREET TEAM:Members of the all-new street team will be on-hand throughout Sabres home games to interact with fans and enhance their game-night experience.
