Fans flock to arena for Capitals Milano Chia Planter giveaway

Washington Capitals fans went as wild as Sonny Milano's hair for the team's special giveaway on Thursday.

Before a game against the Seattle Kraken at Capital One Arena, the team gave fans in attendance a Chia Planter inspired by Milano's unique hairstyle.

Milano, who did not dress for the game due to injury, was on hand to meet a few of the fans before the game.

The veteran forward even signed a few planters for some young fans at the arena.

The planter was also a hit with the kids of Milano's teammates, specifically Nic Dowd and John Carlson.

Even Milano's parents got in on the act.

Seems like the affection Capitals fans have for the forward, much like his hair, is only growing.
