Minnesota Wild forwards Zach Parise and Jason Pominville, who have missed three games with the mumps, expect to play after they participated in practice Saturday, the Star Tribune reported. "I had a fever and stuff like that, but I didn't get it as bad as some guys a couple of years ago because of the booster shot we got [in 2014]," Pominville told the newspaper. The Wild, 11-4-1 in their past 16 games and 8-3-1 in their past 12 at home, are one point behind the Chicago Blackhawks for first place in the Central Division and Western Conference with three games in hand. "Chicago keeps winning," Parise said, "and we want to stay ahead of them, so we have to make sure that we're sharp." Goaltender Devan Dubnyk, whose .933 save percentage leads the NHL, is expected to start.
