Jujhar Khaira will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Wednesday.

The Edmonton Oilers forward is facing discipline for cross-checking St. Louis Blues defenseman Vince Dunn on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at 9:03 of the third period of St. Louis' 4-1 win at Rogers Place. Khaira received a major penalty for cross-checking and a game misconduct.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: cross-checking. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
