Finnish commentator Antti Mäkinen has clearly been studying and taking notes from NBC Sports play-by-play broadcaster Mike "Doc" Emrick.
Mäkinen had the opportunity to channel his inner Emrick when San Jose Sharks rookie forward Joonas Donskoi scored 12:18 into overtime for a 3-2 win against the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final at SAP Center on Saturday.

The emphatic call came when Donskoi, a native of Finland, skated around Pittsburgh's net and took a wrist shot from the left circle that beat Penguins goalie Matt Murray high after grazing his mask. Donskoi's goal gave the Sharks their first Cup Final win in their history.
Pittsburgh leads the best-of-7 series 2-1; Game 4 is in San Jose on Monday (8 p.m. ET; NBC, CBC, TVA Sports).
