Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has recalled left wing Curtis McKenzie from the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

McKenzie, 26, has recorded 19 points (10-9=19) in 19 games played for Texas this season. His 10 goals lead the team and are tied for 11th in the AHL, while his 19 points are second on the team. He also leads the team with 68 shots and has a +4 plus/minus rating.
The 6-foot-2, 205-pound native of Golden, British Columbia was originally selected by Dallas in the sixth round (159th overall) of the 2009 NHL Draft.
