Connor McDavid has just the trick for anyone looking to stay active while quarantining.

The Edmonton Oilers captain unveiled the first 15-minute workout that he and his trainer, former NHL forward Gary Roberts, put together for those who want to stay fit while staying home.

McDavid and Roberts, who played 1,224 NHL games for six NHL teams and won the Stanely Cup with the Calgary Flames in 1989, assembled the quick, full-body workout with squats, wall sits, pushups and split squats in rotating sets of four.
They each demonstrated two of the four exercises in a video posted to Twitter and Instagram.
The workout was the first of a series McDavid intends to unveil throughout the NHL season pause, and he is inviting fans who participate to tag themselves while working out.
