Casey Nelson and Zemgus Girgensons also scored, and Carter Hutton made 19 saves.Dahlin, the No. 1 pick of the 2018 NHL Draft, gave the Sabres a 3-1 lead at 3:42 of the second period.Anders Lee had two goals for New York, and Ryan Pulock and Josh Bailey also scored. Nick Leddy and Mathew Barzal each had two assists.Robin Lehner allowed three goals on 14 shots for the Islanders.
