End of season speeches can get emotional.

Things are no different at the youth hockey level.
Bryan Berard posted a video of his nephew giving an inspiring and tear-jerking speech to his fellow teammates after their season ended.

The veteran of 10 NHL seasons and 2004 Masterton Trophy winner knows a little something about dedication to the game and leadership. So he decided to shout out the young man for it.
The brief video ends in a full-on team hug.
