EDM@TBL: Vasilevskiy makes amazing diving save

Andrei Vasilevskiy was using his head Tuesday.

The Tampa Bay Lightning goalie added another highlight-reel save to his ledger when he made a stunning mask stop on Ty Rattie during the first period of their win against the Edmonton Oilers.
Vasilevskiy was tracking Oilers captain Connor McDavid, who flung a no-look, backhand pass to Rattie. The Oilers forward one-timed a shot towards the goal, but Vasilevskiy lunged across the crease, guiding the puck out of play with his mask. Even Rattie couldn't believe Vasilevskiy had made the save.
Maybe the special-edition Hockey Fights Cancer helmet he was wearing was the lucky charm.

We'll let you decide if this was better than that
behind-the-back save
Vasilevskiy made on Anze Kopitar last season. We can't decide.
