The forward, who was a restricted free agent, signed a three-year contract Oct. 17. He had 27 points (10 goals, 17 assists) in 76 games and no points in four Stanley Cup Playoff games last season.

Blackhawks goalie Corey Crawford (1-1-0) will go for his second win of the season.
Crawford has a 2.05 goals-against average and a .941 save percentage in two starts. He missed the final 47 games last season and first five games this season because of a concussion.
The Blackhawks allowed 33 shots on goal in the second period, an NHL record for most in one period, in a 6-3 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday.
