LA Kings Set to Host 10th Annual Taste of the South Bay on August 23

The 10th annual Taste of the South Bay, benefiting Kings Care Foundation, returns to Shade Hotel in Redondo Beach on Thursday, August 23rd and it's the only event of its kind for the LA Kings.
Taste of the South Bay is a social event that brings LA Kings fans, local residents from the team's South Bay home, alumni and players together through food.

Guests of the event have the opportunity to enjoy tastings from some of the best restaurants in El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Torrance - many of which are favorites of the LA Kings players themselves.

Shade Hotel in Redondo Beach sets the stage for an interactive, cocktail-style event. Best of all, while enjoying bites from restaurants like Baran's 2239 (Hermosa Beach's new casual fine dining establishment) or Sausal (a new, upscale Mexican restaurant in El Segundo) - among others - guests will be treated to views of the beautiful Redondo harbor.
Whether your taste buds are calling for seafood, Mexican or comfort food, there is something for you at Taste of the South Bay. Past featured menu items have included Crab Cakes, Short Ribs, Tacos and Hawaiian Poke, to name a few. That is why every year LA Kings players look forward to this event!
