Kings Notes:
Troy Grosenick stopped 33 of 34 shots on Wednesday versus Anaheim in his first game with the Kings and his second career NHL win. Grosenick's last win came in his NHL debut on Nov. 16, 2014, 6 years and 112 days ago. That is the seventh longest stretch between regular season wins in NHL history.
On Wednesday, the Kings had two goalies dress that had never played a game for the club: Troy Grosenick and Matt Villalta. The last time the Kings had two goalies dress in a game, where both goalies had never previously played for the Kings franchise, was Oct. 5, 2005 at Dallas (Mathieu Garon and Jason LaBarbera; 4-5 L).

Brandon Saad, who has recorded five points (3-2=5) in the Avs last four games. Saad was acquired by the Avs in an offseason trade with the Chicago Blackhawks and has 15 points (9-6=15) with his new team this season.
