GAMEDAY: Jets at Canucks

VANCOUVER -The Winnipeg Jets conclude a two-game road trip tonight in Vancouver against the Canucks.
The Jets are not expected to hold a morning skate after playing last night in Edmonton. Head coach Paul Maurice announced after the 201 shootout loss to the Oilers that Eric Comrie willl get the start in goal against the Canucks.
Comrie has a 1.98 goals-against average this season in four games, and has a record of 3-1-0 this season.

Game Notes
The Jets are in the midst of playing five consecutive games against Pacific Division teams (3-0-1) and are 6-2-1 against the Pacific Division this season.
The Jets have points in five games in a row to improve to 9-3-4 on the season, which places them in a tie for first place in the Central Division.
The Jets are playing their second of 11 back-to-backs this season.
Kyle Connor is tied for fifth in NHL scoring with 21 points (12G, 9A) in 16 games. His 12 goals are tied for second in the league.

Connor Hellebuyck is 3-0-2 in November with a 1.55 goals-against average and .948 save percentage.
The Jets registered 47 shots on Thursday in Edmonton, which is the fourth most by a team in a game in the NHL this season.
Kyle Connor had at least nine shots on goal in consecutive games. He joins Connor McDavi as the only two players to do that in the NHL season. It's also just the second time it's happened franchise history, joining Ilya Kovalchuk (Oct. 13-14, 2006)
