Oliver Wahlstrom has been reassigned from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers to the Team USA's 2020 World Juniors preliminary roster.

Wahlstrom represented Team USA last year at the World Junior Championship as the U.S. claimed the silver medal in the championship game. Through seven games, Wahlstrom compiled four points on two goals and two assists.

"We think it will be good for him," President and General Manager Lou Lamoriello said. "We think it will be good for him to get on that stage and play against people his own age."
